OrganizationThis unique non-profit startup promotes Israeli ingenuity and Jewish tradition through the entrepreneurial venture of hydroponic farming in schools and youth villages. Utilizing the latest technology, students learn to think and experiment like an entrepreneur. The startup engages students in the process of food production from seed to compost. Through a holistic curriculum, students develop a greater understanding of healthy eating as well as the impact of food production.
