Internship

The intern will be an integral part of the operations team, building the organization's communications strategy and international network of NGOs, think tanks, journalists, policy makers, diplomats and more. Task include planning/development of communications strategy; managing and expanding IMPACT-se social media accounts and traffic; assisting in researching and analyzing major research projects for distribution to journalists, policymakers and the public; identifying and mapping and reaching out to relevant partner organizations.

Organization

A research, policy and advocacy organization that monitors and analyzes education. It employs international standards on peace and tolerance as derived from UNESCO declarations and resolutions to determine compliance and to advocate for change when necessary.

Qualifications

* Passion for political science, Middle East affairs, public relations, education, co-existence, journalism
* Background in and familiarity with NGOs, think tanks, governmental bodies preferred
* Excellent researching skills
* Language skills – High level of both English (written and spoken)
* High knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms - Twitter and Facebook
